Therapy can be helpful in many ways. Some of the reasons people start therapy include:
They want to unpack and piece together their life story
Accessing support during a life transition like the loss of a loved one, a health diagnosis, attending a stressful school program, moving, becoming a parent, or gender expression
Developing a deeper sense of self
Understanding thoughts and feelings, including worries, sadness, boredom, anger, or pleasure
A relational approach enables us to begin each session with what is most important to you. Whatever you bring in, I will meet you there.

I offer services to individuals 12+.
I am happy to work with people from most demographics, recognizing intersectionality and the complexity of identity. I have specialty skills working with neurodivergent, queer, and creative individuals. I also work with a lot of people in caretaker roles (e.g. parents, health professionals, teachers, and therapists).
It can take time and support for parts of our stories to emerge. I am here for it.

Nature inspires me, and cattails are no exception.
Living relationally with many other plants and animals, cattails have the unique ability to clean toxins from water through their intricate root systems. They do this by working together; they need each other to thrive.
Framing my practice in their versatile teachings helps me feel grounded and focused.
